This is the perfect combined service for clients who would like to know what a proposed build entails, while getting a bespoke, honest opinion on costs, timings and possible hurdles.
The idea is to save time and money in the long run, as there is little point in engaging in the drawings and planning if you’re unsure of the costs involved.
Stage 1
Our team will sit down with you and discuss the initial process of what your proposed build might entail (incl. costs and timings). This allows you to determine if the cost if too high or the timing isn’t quite right, before committing to further plans.
Stage 2
Providing you are happy with everything in Stage 1, we can then proceed in building a package for you that includes; architect drawings, estimated meterage cost, eligibility of build, approval for planning permission and limitations.

Step-by-step approach
